Mr. DeMartino has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since May 2024. He was previously Deputy General Counsel, Executive Vice President of Digital and Assistant Secretary of Entravision starting in 2023, after having served as Deputy General Counsel since 2019. He joined Entravision in 2016 as Associate General Counsel. Previously, he served as an attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and began his legal career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Mr. DeMartino earned his law degree from University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
